Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want BlurFirst to be an easy yes. Here’s how trials, cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial
Paid plans begin with a 2-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything. You can cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing us.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after that.
Refunds
- If you’re charged and aren’t happy, email us within 5 days of the charge for a full refund.
- The lifetime plan is refundable within 5 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) and may take a few business days to appear.
